Creative Coach · Burnout Prevention · Ceramics
Creativity is the fastest route back to who you actually are. And when you find that — you stop burning out and start choosing.
After 10+ years placing executives across global pharmaceutical and biotech companies — over 10,000 hours of executive interviews, €14M in revenue — I noticed a pattern.
The most sustainably effective leaders weren't just analytically brilliant. They had a creative practice. A physical discipline. A way of staying connected to themselves underneath the pressure.
The ones who didn't? They burned out. Or they succeeded in ways that slowly hollowed them out. Most people ignore the signals until they crash. Then it's 6–12 months of forced recovery — the career cost and opportunity cost of which is immense.
We've been optimised into left-brain-only existence. The antidote is reawakening the right brain — through creativity, movement, and the body's own intelligence — before you're forced to stop. This isn't a hunch. The science is clear.
Clients have included senior leaders across many of the world's largest pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives.
"Creativity isn't what you make. It's how you return to yourself. And when you find that — you can go anywhere."— Isabel Kennedy
Are you in an upward or downward spiral? Good feelings breed more good feelings. Bad feelings breed more bad feelings. The Kennedy Wiggle is how you work with that — not against it. It runs through everything I do.
Where are you right now — upward spiral or downward? Just notice. No judgement.
Sit with it. Let it inform you. Don't push it away. Your body already knows.
Move your body. Make something. Create. This is where purpose lives.
This isn't for people who are already on the floor. It's for people who can feel it coming — the Sunday dread, the Thursday pit-of-stomach feeling, the sense that something needs to change before it changes you.
Most people ignore the signals until they crash. Then it's 6–12 months of forced recovery. The career cost and the opportunity cost of that is immense.
"The goal is to choose your path — not to be forced into it by a breakdown."
Over nine weeks, we use the Kennedy Wiggle, colour mapping, body-based decision-making, and daily creative practice to build a different relationship with yourself and your work. Purpose isn't a grand epiphany — it's a quiet signal your body sends, once you know how to listen.
We also work with the Body Compass — a practice for learning to read your own yes and no when analytical thinking alone won't get you there. Used by scientists, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives who are done running on empty.
This is not therapy. Not psychology. Not for people who don't trust their intuition or won't trust a process. It's for leaders who are ready to use a different kind of intelligence.

Before it becomes a breakdown
I am the master of my own destiny and the master of my future happiness.
I moved from survival mode to knowing what I actually want — and having a plan to get there. The tools worked in the real world, not just in the session.
A couple of hours of 'making room' had this impact — helping us turn talking points into action and results, and develop a deeper understanding of our strengths and ways of working together.
I felt in control again. As long as I maintain that and select my work carefully, the stress doesn't come back.
