Article inquiry →Isabel Kennedy is a creative coach and burnout prevention specialist based between Berlin and London. She is the founder of Kennedy Creative Consulting and Fishy Ceramics, and the creator of the Kennedy Wiggle — a body-based emotional intelligence framework used by executives, founders, and creatives.
Before coaching, Isabel spent over a decade as an executive headhunter specialising in global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, conducting more than 10,000 hours of executive interviews and generating €14 million in revenue. That experience gave her an unusually close view of burnout — both from the inside and from across thousands of leadership conversations.
What she noticed: the most sustainably effective leaders all had a creative practice. A physical discipline. A way of staying connected to themselves underneath the pressure. The ones who didn't burned out — or succeeded in ways that slowly hollowed them out.
Her coaching integrates somatic intelligence, creative practice (particularly ceramics), and body-based decision-making tools — including the Kennedy Wiggle and the Body Compass — to help high-performing leaders prevent burnout before it becomes a breakdown.
Isabel holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Brighton and dual UK-German citizenship. Her path has taken her from the City of London to the Himalayas — undertaking artist residencies, 15 days of Vipassana meditation in silence, and three weeks of self-inquiry practice at Ramana Maharshi's ashram in Arunachala — and back to Europe, where she now works internationally as a coach and ceramicist. She is also a marathon runner.
